The discussion was held on the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s State of the Nation Address «CONSTRUCTIVE PUBLIC DIALOGUE - THE BASIS OF STABILITY AND PROSPERITY OF KAZAKHSTAN» on September 11, 12 and 16, 2019 in reading rooms of dormitory with students.

            A questions are especially noted, which voiced in President's Address related to the higher education system, in particular, increasing requirements for the quality of training in educational institutions.
