In given methodical grant theoretical and legal aspects of creation of electronic library in high school are considered, recommendations about working out of base documents on which basis the electronic library is created are offered. The grant is calculated on the employees of libraries of higher educational institutions of the South Kazakhstan area starting creation of electronic library, and also on students and post-graduate students of corresponding specialities.
