On March 14, 2023, a training seminar "Information and library space: the path of corporate and personal development" was held. Vyacheslav Viktorovich Tokmakov, Vice-President of the National Library Association “Bolashak Library”, Director of the AVD System, spoke on behalf of the Russian Federation. He talked about the structure of the automated integrated library and information system "Irbis-64", conducting methods of library processes through the system, explaining methods and improving the qualifications of librarians.
